I’ve been in the detailing industry for over 20 years, and I still get the same satisfaction today as I did on day one. Starting Apex was about more than just detailing cars — it was about building a team I could support and a company that treats people right. What I enjoy most is seeing the look on a customer’s face when they pick up their car and it looks better than they expected. That’s what keeps me going.
Ronie’s favorite part of his work? Hearing the positive feedback from satisfied customers. His personal philosophy shapes the culture of Apex: “Go above and beyond for your customers.” And if you ask him about achievements, he’ll humbly tell you his greatest recognition is his wife believing he’s the best detailer on the planet. ☺️

I take pride in mentoring others and creating a positive work environment — values I learned from my father, who taught me to work hard, be kind, and always push to be better. The most rewarding part for me is tackling challenges with the team and seeing the results, whether it’s ceramic coating a horse trailer or restoring a 60-year-old convertible.
